Where two or more PWR entities jointly determine the purposes and means of processing, their respective responsibilities will be documented as required by GDPR.

Depending on your interaction with PWR, we may collect:

• Property interests, space requirements, project enquiries and meeting or booking requests.

• Business contacts in our CRM: for the duration of the relationship and up to 24 months after the last contact.

• Marketing consent records: until consent is withdrawn, and thereafter as long as needed to document the withdrawal.

• Website analytics data: up to 14 months.

• Contracts and accounting records: as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (currently seven years).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration and disclosure.

These measures may include access controls, encryption, secure infrastructure, monitoring and restricted access permissions.
